Scrumptious Nectarine Mustard Leaves Smoothie

Day 4....and green smoothie challenge is still going strong...




Ingredients:

6 Stalks      Mustard Leaves (also known as choy sum)
3                nectarines (stone removed)
1/2 cup      frozen freshly squeezed orange juice
1 cup         oat milk
1.5 tsp       Spirulina powder



Method:

1. Add oat milk and mustard leaves and blend until as sooth as possible.
2. Add nectarines, frozen orange juice and spirulina powder and continue blending.
3. Serve in mugs and drink with a straw.
